Clean, comfy and quiet

We spent just one night there in order to rest and continue our trip the next day, however we had a very pleasant stay. A nice comfy and clean room, very nice staff and a kitchen that remained open even though I'm pretty sure we were the only ones having dinner there. Everybody were very nice and polite and the breakfast was also good, with enough options and good quality food. The one remark I would made was about the pool. While small (single lane for swimming) had a kid pool but both could use better cleaning. A lot of sand, leafs and other stuff in the bottom and a very thin yet distinctive layer of what it seemed to be some kind of oil in the surface. We asked the manager and we were told it was sunscreen from other people using the pool. Ok, fine. Still the pool lacked constant automatic surface/bottom re-circulation and filtration to avoid those issues. Other than that everything were just fine, and the hotel is located very near to Araraquara's shopping mall. I traveled to Araraquara for what I thought would be a one night stay, but it turned out I had to spend a 2nd night in town. I had already checked out from the other hotel I stayed and I was driving to the mall when I saw The Comfort Hotel, I went to the mall and while I had something to eat I tried to make a reservation for that evening, but at the app it said that there was no room available. I decided to call the hotel and I talked to Raul, at first he told that they were indeed fully booked but he said he would check for any cancellation, so I got to stay there after all and it was a great experience all together: the location is wonderful (right opposite the mall), the room is very spacious but cozy at the same time, hot hot water in the shower, complimentary (very good) breakfast, 24h room service. comfortararaquara, Gerente de relações com clientes at Comfort Hotel Araraquara, responded to this review Good afternoon!First of all I would like to thank you for making time to comment on such a highly regarded website, I will share your praise with our team and we are happy to have met your expectations. clean - spacious room. bathroom is very small and there was a leak. there is a kettle with complementary coffee and tea which is very nice. Reception not very friendly. breakfast is good. Good hotel for price

Stayed Dec 16 for 2 nights on buisness. Basic hotel with small outdoor pool. Was clean and staff were fantastic. Breakfast wad good, ate dinner once in the hotel, was ok but ate accross the road at the shopping mall on the 2nd night. Took european plugs in the room. The hotel is ok. It is typical business travel hotel, nothing special and also not so bad. Room for improvement is breakfast. It is not really special. Overall I would rate this hotel as average. Positive is the Internet access. For Brazilian standards it is pretty fast.
