Very friendly and helpful staff, excellent location, tasty food, and great cleanliness. The area is also family-friendly – there’s a children’s playroom in the same complex, which is a big ➕️ for families. The spa area feels a bit outdated and could use some renovation. So, this is a really nice hotel in heart of Sarajevo. It is close to Bascarsija, the staff, everyone is really nice. Food is also on the level, with a dash of Arabic spirit. Fresh flowers are everywhere around the hotel. And there is also Bvlgari wash and hand cream in toilets. disappointing hotel, not for a quiet nights sleep.

Rooms are small, bed is not comfortable, customer service is poor. Worst is that it's a noisy environment right near the mall. If you are a light sleeper this is not the place for you. Some rooms have a nice view. but other than the mall you are far from attractions. You will need to take a tram. Keep in mind the restaurants don't serve alcohol, there are better choices in Sarajevo.Rooms are small, bed is not comfortable, customer service is poor.
