Traveling from overseas, I had a few basic questions before arrival, and they always responded quickly—something I really appreciated. Five star scam
Vacation from the nightmare. The hotel doesn't deserve five stars, maybe three. In hotel parking, someone demolished the window and broke into the car. Hotel staff said that guests' and belongings' safety was their top priority, but unfortunately, it was a lie. After we signed off, they mailed me to say they were not responsible for damage to their parking. Avoid these “five” star scammers.Vacation from the nightmare. The staff was very pleasant, friendly and helpful. When we arrived at the hotel to check in, we were informed that the wellness is out of use for the time of our staying and in exchange the hotel upgraded us with a better room which was a great start to our stay. As a frequent traveler to Europe, where I've stayed in various hotels, I'll say that this - The hotel is solid, but not necessarily a 5 star hotel (Trust me, I've stayed here twice). The front desk staff are very friendly, but not all equally trained or aware.
