We stayed at this hotel from 27-29th of December last year which means recently. We booked in hotel in afternoon hours and female receptionist gave us two rooms door by door as I asked for because of the kids. When I came to the room unpleasent surprise got me. First thing I saw were somebody's panties on the floor and bags. It was occupied room obviously. The room is in very poor hygienic condition. Both the room and the bathroom are dirty, and upon arrival we were greeted with dirty towels, which is completely unacceptable. The bathroom sink has no plug, causing unpleasant sewage odors to spread constantly. The overall condition of the room is very concerning from a hygiene and health safety perspective. Everything is covered in fake drab opulence, it looks ok from a glance but look closer and it’s not. My whole flight was booked here after a cancellation and the reception staff wouldn’t book anyone into a single room, so many people had to share a twin with a random person. After reading all the reviews after booking I was a little apprehensive. However I was pleasantly surprised. Yes it is dated and needs a spruce up and the smoking bit of the restaurant was overpowering . But we simply ate in the bit where people weren’t smoking and the food was amazing and great value for money . No problems with the room whatsoever it was clean and bed was very comfortable .
