What an amazing hotel in the heart of Sarajevo. The perfect distance from Bašcaršija (not too close or too far). The entire hotel is clean and modern with all of the amenities. Booked the hotel in Jan 26 for stay in Aug 26.The booking team kindly accommodated my request for 2 rooms near each other as we were a family of 5 . The hotel was most inconsiderate. We had to leave at 6:00 am and had asked for a quiet room. When we got there, they couldn’t find our reservation due to a mix- up. They finally found a room on the sixth floor. We had a good dinner there and went to bed early. However, the club/bar above us was having a party with pounding, loud amps and a drumbeat that kept up until after midnight. I called recep… The hotel was most inconsiderate.
