The room we got- room 804 was super filthy. There were hairs from previous occupants. It was very very very dusty.athe breakfast is saaad. The rug in the room is extremely dusty. the curtains smells of maqloubeh.However, the location is superb. Close by tram and trolley bus to old town and the opposite side of the city. Nice and modern facility but plumbing issues affected our stay

The hotel is modern and conveniently located. Has the potential to be a 4-5 star facility. The rooms are very spacious, with nice furniture, fully equipped kitchen, and washer/dryer. Our room had a very nice large balcony. Unfortunately we had no hot water the first day of our 3 day stay. I had to go to the lobby in the morning to get an explanation. I loved this hotel! The Staff, amenities and location were top tier! The hotel itself is just beautiful and the rooms were apartment style and very spacious. The view from our room was magnificent! They provided my best friend and I with whatever we needed. I would absolutely return to this hotel. I love Sarajevo! This is a little out of the way but well worth staying here rather than close to the old town. The space , comfort , luxuary and welcome makes it perfect . Hotel location very good, suits space excellent, unfortunately it is not professionally managed, hotel has many facilities but not functioning, such as the pool, the gym, house keeping is terrible that they just do beds without any proper cleaning to the room. I was surprised, that they charge you 20 Euros a day for parking even you are a guest !!!
