  The room we got- room 804 was super filthy. There were hairs from previous occupants. It was very very very dusty.athe breakfast is saaad. The rug in the room is extremely dusty. the curtains smells of maqloubeh.However, the location is superb. Close by tram and trolley bus to old town and the opposite side of the city.   Nice and modern facility but plumbing issues affected our stay

  The hotel is modern and conveniently located. Has the potential to be a 4-5 star facility. The rooms are very spacious, with nice furniture, fully equipped kitchen, and washer/dryer. Our room had a very nice large balcony. Unfortunately we had no hot water the first day of our 3 day stay. I had to go to the lobby in the morning to get an explanation. The manager was very polite, responsive and apologetic. He did say that the problem would be fixed within an hour (so we stayed in the hotel). The water shut off for a bit, then there was discolored brown water for a while which needed to flushed out. Still no hot water until that evenjng, so we wasted a considerable amount of time and would have considered other options had we known the extent of the problem. The next day, while there was hot water, we realized that the tub/ shower had a severe leak. Later on the second day, a repairman came in and said they would have to reseal the tub, but this would not happen until our 3rd day (after we checked out). Surprisingly, no compensation was offered or provided for this significant issue. Other than that, the stay was decent. Breakfast is okay, somewhat limited options and got a bit messy with all the children at the facility. But staff were alert and helpful.   I loved this hotel! The Staff, amenities and location were top tier! The hotel itself is just beautiful and the rooms were apartment style and very spacious. The view from our room was magnificent! They provided my best friend and I with whatever we needed. I would absolutely return to this hotel. I love Sarajevo!   Recomend this slightly out of centre due to luxury and space

  This is a little out of the way but well worth staying here rather than close to the old town. The space , comfort , luxuary and welcome makes it perfect .   Hotel location very good, suits space excellent, unfortunately it is not professionally managed, hotel has many facilities but not functioning, such as the pool, the gym, house keeping is terrible that they just do beds without any proper cleaning to the room. I was surprised, that they charge you 20 Euros a day for parking even you are a guest !!!
