Room was clean, beds & sheets comfortable, showers hot. Mini fridge, toiletries, no microwave. TV was nice, many American channels! It even has 2 large cinemas! Casino was great, but even on the weekend, the poker room was closed, very disappointing. What happened to the pool?? It used to look so nice & pretty. Now it was terrible. You may like a place more or less, but the bare minimum you ask for is hygiene. These rooms are dirty, I honestly believe the bed linen had already been used, the lack of quality and hygiene is unbelievable. I’ve been travelling for over 40 years and I can sum it up like this: the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in in my life!! Horrible, filthy, rude staff, everything bad rolled into one hotel. I booked this on April 1 2026 under the impression that there's a Swimming Pool then after I buy this Package from Expedia Canada I then get a message back through Expedia telling me that it isn't in fact available...huh?
