Spectacular experience at Grand Caribe! Hener is Superman

Hener is the bartender at the Grand Caribe pool bar. He makes terrific cocktails and is very friendly. However, he went beyond any expectation I would ever have. My iPhone got submerged in the pool and stop working. He took it for me and found some one on the island to fix it. We just spent a week in San Pedro Belize staying at the Grand Caribe (Aug 2026). Our whole week was amazing. All the staff treated is fantastic and made us feel welcome at every moment. We basically had the whole place to ourselves as August is a slow tourism time for Belize. Our stay included breakfast every day. We took part of that almost every day in the swim up bar. Came for a girls trip and stayed in a 3br/3ba unit with a large balcony which overlooked the pools and beach. The unit was large, well-stocked with excellent accommodations.
