Stayed here one night, as part of our European road trip, booked one of the lovely rooms on 5th floor, it was a heatwave ?? the day we arrived so it was so hot, the manager was so understanding and helpful, we didn't have too much time to explore the area, but what we saw was beautiful along the riverside etc a very short walk from hotel. A converted church, the room we stayed in featured a stained glass window The room was lovely, but a little dark for my taste, as there was little natural light. The room was very quiet, which was great. Found it a little odd that the lavatory and bathroom were separated. Very picturesque dining room in the nave of the church. We stayed at this wonderful hotel on the first weekend of November. Our entire stay was simply fantastic. The reception team was available to us by phone even before our arrival to clarify the parking capacity in the underground garage. We were given a beautiful room and were able to enjoy the extraordinary atmosphere to the fullest. Great location incenter of Mechelen. Interior ambiance (if you don't mind a hotel accommodation in a former church).
