I stayed here for just 1 night on a trip to Mechelen to watch football - Mechelen v Westerlo. I walked from the main train station through the City to the hotel. It took me about 20 minutes. The train station at Mechelen Neckerspool is nearer. The hotel was more than adequate for my requirements. Modern rooms with all the amenities I needed. Maya on reception is exceptionally good at her job. Friendly, helpful and welcoming. All of the staff greet you with a smile. The room is a good size, with a comfortable chair and a desk. The bathroom, like the room, is spotlessly clean. Dove toiletries.I had asked for a room at the back and - unlike many hotels - Maya had a note of that request. Our room was right at the back. Not a sound. The WiFi… Maya on reception is exceptionally good at her job. Friendly, helpful and welcoming.
