From the moment I arrived at Martin’s Klooster, I had such a wonderful experience. The hotel itself is absolutely beautiful, with so much charm and character, and my room was spacious, comfortable, and beautifully appointed.What really made my stay special, though, was the staff. We stayed at this hotel for two nights. Unfortunately, our first night wasn't very comfortable because none of the three rooms we were assigned had functioning air conditioning, and we happened to be visiting during a summer heat wave. When we called the front desk, we were told that the hotel was fully booked, so it wasn't possible to switch rooms that night. I like staying here. The location is a short walk from the centre of town. The service is professional.The rooms vary a lot depending on which part of the building. Excellent, modern hotel in Leuven, terrific for a 2 night stay. Not far from the Oude Market and other Leuven landmarks. Great location for a relaxing visit to Leuven. Breakfast was included in our room rate, and it was fantastic. Room was very quiet, very clean. Staff were very helpful and accommodating.
