Highly recommended and Rosa was great!

Excellent experience. Most spacious room on our 2 weeks in Europe. Location was excellent and highly walkable. Staff was kind and helpful. Two nice glasses of wine in exchange for skipping room service each day was a great exchange. A special call out for Rosa whose energy set the tone for the whole excellent experience. Thank you! Fab hotel, location great, bar staff fantastic, food great, rooms great. However, we were promised a refund of 4x breakfasts when we sadly had to cancel one of our party of 8 due to illness, had confirmation on email prior to our arrival and also on reception during our stay to then find out after we left when I chased the refund that the manager had said we couldn’t have a refund.
