Friendly and helpful staff. Our garden view room was very small and you couldn’t see much garden! The bathroom had been renovated but then they put a filthy stained bin in there. Also the towels were the thinnest, tiny and frayed, very disappointing. Other than that it was ok. After breakfast we went up to our room to bring our cases down and the key card had been blocked! We stayed here for 4 nights. Very comfortable. Spacious rooms, very clean. Beds were comfortable. Desk staff very friendly and helpful. Beautiful Hotel in a lovely location. The hotel is really unique and great to explore the grounds and common areas. They even have an old church. The garden courtyard is fab too.We were a large group of 9 and everyone was happy with their rooms. We had a garden room and it was so moderate and spotless clean.Staff were so friendly too.
