Good location, modern family room. Helpful staff on reception. The breakfast was a big let down the hot food was terrible all bacon burnt to a crisp, watery eggs and awful beans. Continental offered just about ok. We expected better from the breakfast offer of a 4 star hotel. Nice hotel with major reachability trap
The hotel is nicely situated at the very city centre of Gent. Also nothing to complain about the rooms, the cleanliness, the overall atmosphere or the breakfast.The bad thing is that the hotel does not give clear directions of how to get to it. We had great stay at this hotel. The rooms were clean and quiet. We had great sleep. The staff are friendly. The location is great. We can walk to nearly anywhere. We arrived slightly earlier than check in tine but our room was ready so we were able to access our room. We asked for a room in a quiet area and were given 219 at the end of the corridor.
