The hotel is located in the city centre, beside the new business district "Espace Nord" and the Belgian government area. Furthermore it takes just 5 minutes to get to the Grand Place on the surrounding pedestrianised streets lined with shopping malls (Rue Neuve & City 2). The hotel is also next to an underground station providing access to the European Parliament within a few stops, and the North train station, with direct trains to Brussels International Airport (departing every 20 minutes), which is approximately 10 km away.

Guests have a choice of 454 rooms, including 27 junior suites, 4 suites and 118 single rooms, located in two 29-storey buildings with lifts. The friendly staff at the reception desk are happy to answer any questions. A baggage storage service, a safe and a currency exchange service are available. Wireless internet access allows guests to stay connected while on holiday. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The hotel offers various facilities for guests with disabilities.     Early arrival - got an early check-in. Also got a nice room upgrade due to earlier stays at this hotel. Very friendly staff. Hotel bar could have more choices of Belgian beers and have nice tv screens showing eg sports events. Breakfadt was fine, missed only fried eggs.

    The hotel is well located, right in the heart of the city, making it perfect for exploring everything Brussels has to offer.
