The hotel was very comfortable and felt like a genuine 4 star experience as advertised, the hotel is larger than first expected. the highlight were the staff who were so accommodating to last minute changes due to Eurostar cancellations. great value for money…

This is definitely not a 4* hotel. Very outdated, poor staff and nowhere to sit to have breakfast even though you have paid for it.
