Always great stay at hotel van der valk. This time we stayed on 7th floor, room was really dark which is good for sleeping. Hotel breakfast is good as always, various choice for healthy breakfast. Lovely hotel! The staff were welcoming and helpful. The room was clean, beds comfortable and the room was at a decent temperature. We didn't have dinner there but the breakfast buffet was great. Lots of different choices from cold meats and cheese, cereal yoghurt, hot food etc (more than many similar rated hotels). I have been back to this hotel several times over the last two years and I find it extremely good and always enjoy staying. The staff are always very friendly and always willing to help. The staff are very friendly and hospitable, the rooms clean and comfortable. And it’s all good value for money. The only drawback is that the wellness facilities are not accessible, as they are accessed via a flight of stairs from the first floor. I believe accessibility could be better or transparency around this improved.
