We was last at the Mercure in August 2025, wow, how things changed!First of all, rooms not ready until 3pm, I get that, but when you arrive and ask at 2.30pm and they say the room is not ready yet, even though the hotel is huge, nobody around, you can’t tell me there is not a room free at this time.
