Stayed two nights in June'26 (Thomas Cook Group). Prefer to erase memories of our stay here. Chipped plates, Absence of staff to assist guests during buffet breakfast, indifference attitude towards need of guests...... Sorry fellas... The hotel is absolutely fine if you just need a bed for the night. It was clean enough and staff at reception were polite and friendly. Now there are a few points were they fell incredibly short. First off the “kids area” is a joke and I would absolutely not classify it as a kid friendly hotel. The kids area is a box of discarded old toys and two kids chairs. We had a bad restaurant experience at this hotel. Our family of five arrived for dinner at 9 pm. We asked if the food was still available and were told that it was, so we took a seat. We ordered from the menu and were then told that our requests were not available. The only option was fish and chips, so we ordered 2.
