As soon as I checked in, Zara acknowledged my requests and promptly addressed them. I felt like I had been well taken care of. The hotel’s location was incredibly convenient, just a two-minute walk to the train station. If you plan a day trip to nearby cities like Ghent and Bruges by train, the hotel’s proximity is perfect. This is a very lovely hotel with excellent staff, perfect breakfast and extremely pretty lobby, restaurant and rooms. The room was on the small side but just big enough and I really loved the decor. Only complain I have is with the sound proofing. If the maintenance is doing neighbouring rooms, you will hear it. And also whatever noise is coming from outside. We loved this hotel. Everyone is so friendly and helpful. I love how central this hotel was right next to beautiful train station. As an IHG member I had always wanted to try this chain. It is branded as your local neighbourhood hotel and it really is.
