  I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. From the moment we arrived, the reception staff were rude, dismissive, and spoke to us in a disrespectful manner. A receptionist named Elena was particularly unprofessional — she kept murmuring under her breath to her colleague, who then joined in the conversation with the same condescending attitude.   Well located when visiting our son in Zuid. Plenty of supermarkets nearby, easy access to the trams and good restaurants nearby.We were surprised when we placed the do not clean our room sign on the door to be given a voucher for 5 Euros to use in the hotel, enough for 2 bags of sweets for the journey home.Whilst small rooms, they were easily large enough for a short stay, well priced, and clean a… Read moreWell located when visiting our son in Zuid.   We bought a tour for Benelux and this hotel was the one we needed to stay in Belgium during vacation. Hotels in France, Luxemburg provided us with a baby bed but this hotel told us they brought all baby beds to another hotel and they wanted us to sleep with a baby in their small double bed.   At this hotel we got a family room! We rarely get that. We got a great family room for a cheap price. Clean and nice hotel, pleasant service. Indoor parking facilities, but you have to be lucky to get a space. However, there is a public car park not far away. We had a great time at the hotel and in Antwerp!
