  It is a brilliant hotel in a great location. Clean and spacious rooms. Close to the railway, trams at your door but....poorly trained staff spoilt the experience. We had a fire alarm go off at 3.57am. Everyone standing outside in pajamas getting cold. We would have been left there if we did not buzz up. Ridiculous and left us feeling very unsecure.   Quality of a guesthouse rather than a hotel

  This place is more like a guesthouse than a hotel. After my first night, nobody cleaned my room! They charge around €130 per night, which is a hotel price. If I had wanted to save money, I would have stayed in a guesthouse. Instead, I paid for a hotel and expected hotel-level service, but the service provided was more like that of a guesthouse.   Affordable central hotel with good breakfast, clean rooms and relaxed vibe

  Excellent budget hotel in the centre of Antwerp, a few minutes away from Central Station and the main shopping street, with a mini supermarket next door.
