Disappointing
The housekeeping did not respect the “Do not disturb” sign on my door and were scouting my accommodation. Also they took something very important from my room and I don’t think this kind of behaviour should be tolerated. The rooms are ok but dated, the location and parking are excellent. And the breakfast was very poor, good thing there was a kitchen in the room. Terrible stuff, frontdesk, terrible breakfast. Smells like food everywhere in thebhotel. Housekeepers steal personal belongings, enter in the room when you want to have privacy. Do nnot report to the frontdesk when you forget something in the hotel. I enjoyed my stay
Stayed there for more than a year and overall I enjoyed the experience. The room was pleasant, quiet, with all the utilities needed to live there and the services exceeded my expectations.The room was at the 5th floor, on the back side of the hotel. Good location, handy for the train station and a tram line into the centre. Room was a good size and comfortable, given the heatwave in Antwerp during our visit the air con was very welcome. I stayed fir 2 months and I really enjoyed my stay. Cleaning staffs are really good, they cleans the room twice a week.Receptionists are very friendly and helpful.
