Food:The food was excellent — fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. The breakfast offered a wide variety of options and generous portions, making it the perfect start to each day.Nature Walk:We enjoyed a peaceful nature walk in an open area where autumn had painted the ground with golden leaves. The trees gently shedding created a serene, picturesque atmosphere — quiet, natural, and full of seasonal charm.Landscape:The landscape around the lake and park was very well maintained — green, clean, and thoughtfully designed. It added a refreshing touch to the overall ambiance, making every view feel calm and scenic.Spa:The spa experience was truly rejuvenating. The atmosphere was calm, and the therapists were professional and attentive.Activities:There was a great selection of enjoyable activities — fun, relaxing, and perfectly organized.Staff:Special thanks to Ms. Qamze, the wonderful host at the Steak House Restaurant, for her warmth, professionalism, and genuine hospitality.We also want to recognize the gentleman in the black suit who took our order on the first night — though we didn’t catch his name, he was truly an amazing host: very well-informed, attentive, and made excellent recommendations that enhanced our dining experience.Heartfelt appreciation as well to Vugar, the Director of Operations, and Samira, the Guest Relations Manager, for their professionalism, kindness, and personal attention throughout our stay.Every staff member we met was polite, welcoming, and eager to help — a true reflection of outstanding service.Room:Clean, spacious, and beautifully maintained. Housekeeping did an excellent job every day.Overall, it was a perfect stay — from the delicious food and relaxing spa to the golden autumn nature walk, the beautiful lake landscape, and the exceptional team who made us feel right at home. (Copying from my detailed booking.com review)Truly lives up to the name “Palace” — huge, grand, and beautifully set in nature.Peaceful location yet only a short drive from Quba city.Impressive facilities: large pools, gym, bowling alley, lake with boating, carriage rides, outdoor play area, full golf course.Massive breakfast buffet — good variety, tasty food.Room service food was excellent.Family room was very spacious, almost like a full apartment.Room in poor condition — peeling wallpaper, broken woodwork, chipped furniture.Major safety issue: cracked floor-to-ceiling glass in bedroom.Bathroom extremely dirty — mold and grime in shower area.Very dim bathroom lighting.

Quba Palace Hotel is easily one of the most beautiful properties I’ve stayed at. It’s the kind of place that makes you pause and just take in the surroundings. Set amidst lush green hills, the hotel feels like a royal estate with every corner designed to impress. The moment you step inside, you’re greeted by an opulent lobby with grand chandeliers, velvet seating, and a timeless sense of luxury.The rooms are elegant and spacious, with tasteful interiors, soft lighting, and French-style detailing. My room opened up to views of the gardens and hills, and the mornings felt incredibly peaceful. The bathroom had a large bathtub and premium fittings, which made it feel even more indulgent.The property itself is massive and full of things to do. There’s a huge pool area that overlooks the valley, a beautiful indoor spa pool, and a lake surrounded by cozy wooden cottages. You can take a walk on the red jogging tracks lined with trees and vintage lamps, or simply sit by the water and watch the ducks glide by. They even have boats you can take out on the lake, and a horse carriage ride that adds a charming, old-world touch.The restaurant is stunning, from its decor to its food. The chandeliers, golden accents, and royal-style furniture make dining here an experience in itself. The food was delicious. I tried a mix of local and international dishes, and everything was flavorful and fresh.What I loved most was how calm and quiet the whole place felt. Even with its grandeur, it’s not overwhelming. It’s peaceful, romantic, and perfectly maintained. You can come here for a relaxing getaway, a family vacation, or even a honeymoon, and it would fit right in.If you ever visit Azerbaijan, make sure Quba Palace is on your list. It’s more than a hotel, it’s a destination in itself.

ADVISE do not book at this hotel, they do not care for anything but money. i could not arrive at the hotel due to the war situation, i spoke to them but they care a zero care for the customer

If I could give this hotel zero stars I would 1 - I asked for bags to be picked up, and the trolley was empty but they were just standing and talking so I picked them up by myself until I reached inside when one finally took it 2 - The hair dryer didn't work, I called in the afternoon, and they decided to fix it at 1 am!3 - water got out of the bathtub and they fixed it WITH THE HAIR DRYER at 1 AM and Barley agreed to change the room and slept at 2 am!4 - They put two separate families with kids and babies in two rooms that separate only a door that is not isolated and everyone can hear each other! 5 - if you are thirsty while being in a pool or basketball yard or your child is playing in the kids' area, you will die easily, they ask you to go back to your room and ask for water or pay from a restaurant lol and after a long conversation they said oh you can come one floor up for the reception and ask water 6 - isolated from everywhere so you can not easily exchange money or buy items or food and you will pay my friend good money for their food as it is expensive 7 - The cable car "telefrek" is not working and they don't care if this is a service you choose them for or not. One of my reasons for reserving this hotel and they didn't care as long as they got paid8 - gun shooting isn't what you see in their photos and videos, it is an air gun and nothing else as i asked and confirmed this is the only one available, although the photos show a shotgun !!Yes, it is a good facility and design, but there is no need for shiny buildings if you don't get a two-star hotel service!
