Ridiculous experience!- In the middle of summer, I arrived to find no complimentary bottle of water in the room and no slippers. I had to ask for slippers at reception. The hydration point downstairs sometimes is lacked paper cups, other times water.- During a heat wave with temperatures reaching 39°C, the air conditioning barely worked. This was one of the better hotels that we stayed in in this part of Austria. The hotel is a short walk from the center of Wiener Neustadt and has plenty of parking.
