Photos are deceptive, rooms are out of 1950s, East. European tower block. More a hostel than hotel, with couldn’t care less attitude from staff. Who will suggest you can stay elsewhere if not happy. Customer service is non existent. Comfort not a consideration.

I was in room 201 and i got pictures. The hotel was awful and the service even worse. Aware thats it's a 3 star hotel but one would still expect some hotel service. The room was never done even when we asked the to clean it. Sheets had holes. The water was so dirty that when ready from showering the bathtub had black sediment. The water turned grey. I highly recommend this hotel. This has been an outstanding visit. The staff are absolutely wonderful and they help in every way possible. The room is extremely comfortable and very relaxing. There is a weird set up with this hotel- there is one reception, but the hotel extends into and adjacent building. Wifi was almost nonexistent if you didn’t have direct line of site to the door. Breakfast wasn’t included with our tariff, but the person handling reception in the early morning couldn’t take payment and just wrote a note for the next person. Really comfy bed with crisp linen. Hotel absolutely immaculate. Staffing the public areas, particularly breakfast were lovely. Would highly recommend. Fabulous location, just off main road so nice and quiet. Great location for Spanish Riding School and museum quarter.
