I stayed at this hotel for one night, and unfortunately the experience was unacceptable from the very beginning. When I entered the room, I was immediately hit by a strong and unpleasant smell. The room was very clean and the beds were comfy. Staff were very friendly and the check-in process was straightforward. Location is great and only a few stops on the tram to the centre of Vienna.
