They have very kind and helpful personnel! They mention all details when you ask questions. The hotel is clean, silent and at a good location. I enjoyed the breakfast! You can feel like you are at home if you especially visit the city for the first time.

The staff were super friendly and went out of their way to help, making our stay really comfortable. The place was spotless and roomy. Can’t wait to come back here next time I'm in Vienna! Everything went smoothly, no issues at all. Plus, it was so easy to get around with the metro station nearby, and the breakfast was fantastic. Definitely recommend!

Traveled with a group of students in June. Arrival was terrible with us standing along the sidewalk while they insisted on making copies of everyone’s passport. The check in person was rude and shouted at us. Then we were 21 people trying to use and elevator that took 2 people at a time. No balcony in our room but when the windows were open a group was outside smoking a talking every evening. Room…
