  Access information needs improvement

  Just returned from a weeks stay with a friend in executive studio. Apartment was spotlessly clean and had everything we needed. Super shower with hot water. Supermarkets , restaurants and no. 71 tram only a few minutes walk away. The downside was initially gaining access to the building and obtaining the number of our apartment and door code. We were texted that the main entry door access code would be sent to us at 1500 on day of arrival. It wasn’t. We phoned them and they asked for email address which we had already given them. The building is on the corner of a very busy and noisy main road. We waited 15 mts phoned again and they had incorrect email address. Eventually sent us the link giving access code and code to a very small visitors lounge. Had to phone again and they sent a link to register our passport details. We were then sent the number of our apartment and apartment door code. We are both in our 80th year and found all this very stressful. We did have a wonderful time in Vienna but Jimmy’s need to improve how they give you access information etc.

  Wonderful Vienna trip

  Stayed 4 days. Couldn't find any faults with this property. We were in 15a on 3rd floor, was a bit worried about steps up but was happy to see a lift when we arrived.Very clean and spacious studio apartment, well equipped, coffee pods and dishwasher tabs handy. Bed was very comfortable. Location close to centre I managed to walk once with my two new knees but tram was so easy. Supermarkets few yards away. Would definitely stay here again.   Stayed in app 10a,although it was compact it had most things however the drain smell that greeted you evertime you entered the appartment was awful, spoilt what could have been a nice stay.Entrance area grubby,general cleaning of the flat could have been a lot better, fridge noise enoying close to supermarket and tram 71 stop

  Terrible serviceI found out that I am pregnant and I was not allowed to flight , I request them to keep the amount for future booking , they offered me to move my booking for march when I give birth in February ( which is not even possible, only for the passport I’ll need more time to arrange it ) I asked them if it possible to move the dates and they just stop replyingTerrible service ….. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyoneI work in hotel industry and we always try to find a solution that accommodate both hotel and guest.   Amazing and pleasant stay, highly recommend.

  I enjoyed the stay very much. It was very clean, everything you would need and very comfortable. The beds were verg comfortable, great soze shower , had wifi, a few coffee pods making it easy tk get your first serving of caffeine for the day. The self check in and check out was very convenient and i would highly reccomend.
