Stayed at this hotel for one night during my recent visit to Vienna. Check in was quick and handled by Nazanin, who was polite and friendly. My daughter booked this hotel for us, and I can not fault it. Check-in was easy and staff friendly, plus our rooms were available early.The rooms were good, not massive, but enough for our needs. I paid £75 for a single room with private bathroom and while basic it was ideal for a good nights sleep. My room looks like it has been refurbished compared to older photos. I got a single duvet and soft pillow which I like. Plenty of plug outlets. There is AC which is one of the reasons I booked it. The room was a good size, had a wardrobe with hangers and safe.
