Good place to stay at good lovation.
Good location, appr 100m from Mariahilferstrasse, on a tram stop, close to U-Bahn Station.We were not much demanding, simply said we only needed a safe and comfortable place for sleeping overnightssThe hotel looks fine, provided what we expected, the staff is willing to help or advise.The floor plan may look a bit confusing at the first glance, but we never got lost. Recommending.

The hotel photos are very deceiving. The reception staff extremely rude, non cooperative and arrogant. They treat visitors with great hatred. We stayed at 7th floor and there was no wifi connection. I'm not saying it's slow. It's nonexistent.We stayed at 4 people room as a family and there were two glasses so we asked the reception for 2 more glasses but they said they didn't have any without even checking.
