Ignorant front desk staff
Ignored for 10 mins at check in. Staff on phones and chatting to each other. Rooms tiny. Old fashioned. Bathroom as small as a campervan, kettle but no tea/coffee/milk? What was the point? Not adequate to meet basic needs

No air ventilation in the room or the bathroom, bathroom was very old, could not open the windo in the room, DO NOT TRUST THE PICTURES, does not justify the price, one of the worst experiances at a hotel, felt unsafe, would not recomend to anyone!
