Budget hotel, quiet but needs repair!!
This is now called Hotel Deutschmeister and we stayed there three nights. This hotel is in a good location and in quiet neighborhood. Many good restaurants nearby as well as Uban station. However, when we checked in our first room had a refrigerator that did not work, and they moved us. Horrible experience
The rooms were dirty, they never changed the bed sheets. The worst part of all, we find bugs in the sheets and one night while i was sleeping, i've been bitten by a spider that made me an allergic reaction.We expected for a 4 star hotel that the staff could at least talk in english, but we were surprised that they don't.The only good things: breakfast and the subway was near.

I doubt that it’s a hotel at all…
The rooms were clean and warm, and this is the only good thing about this place… On the reception there was person only during day hours - we forgot our card in the room and there was nobody to open the room. There was a family waiting for someone to come and open their room from 7pm till 11 pm and as nobody came we were searching for spare cards on reception by ourselves. The breakfast is nice if…

Poor cleaning and No lobby
Noisy Mornings. No lobby! No restaurant! No minibar! No bar! Bad pillows. Small and not clean bathrooms. No slipers or carpet On The floor. 2 programs in english, 1 french, The rest in german. Small Tv display. Poor breakfast. Very Poor! Location is OK. price Was The triger for my friends. Not cosy! Staff is friendly!

Centrally located hotel with just a 2min walk from Roßauer Lände Line U4 metro station. Staff was helpful. Room was clean, spacious and comfortable, and equipped with an AC and a fridge. Breakfast was adequate.
