Really amazing hotel except for the fact that they don’t have parking and breakfast is below average. With no room service. Otherwise, it is good just staying.

Clean and staff friendly. Breakfast expensive for what it was.We were there for 3 days. In the room coffee was not replenished daily, no tea options. Water not replenished. Very hot in the room.Personally I think it’s very over priced. Not good value for money.A basic hotel at a 5 star price

Never again. Leaving out that after booking directly on their site they did not respond to my emails, just arrived at the reception tell us that does not work the pos. Ok, you can stay there. Let us in anyway, when YOUR pos will start working again, we’ll pay. But no: we were forced to look for an ATM to pay everything in cash, also paying two very high fees. Not happy with this, we do not find en…

Booked Superior room. Bath old and dirty, hair in bath, and room smelled of urine. Asked to move. Shown second room, also dirty but smelt of bleach so some effort had been made. Bath again dirty, rug filthy, apart from reception public areas were shabby. Photos on booking site bore no resemblance to reality.
