What a nightmare! We booked this hotel via Expedia (one of 3 during a trip) as a group of 4. One of our travellers was moved to another hotel 15 minutes away. Logged in ok looked ok but our Bathroom was disgusting room 406 . Complaint was not getting any where,no room change offered (only English speaker) fortunately a colleague was a German speaker which changed their view on the problem.
