Just arrived today , room clean and tidy BUT No SAFE, No Fridge and no bin liner in waste paper bin.Its more like a travel lodge than a starred hotel. Here on an organised tour so no choice , i would not come here if i paid for it myself , also in bad location…

Avoid if you can
Bad location - quite far out of the centre and the only tram quite a distance. Service was poor, bordering on rude. No safe or fridge in rooms, breakfast was poor and the only restaurants available (2) were in the shopping mall where the hotel is located.
