We stayed at this hotel for two nights, and the experience was terrible from the moment we arrived. The entire hotel and our room had a very unpleasant smell. They don't respect the arrangements
When booking, I requested a king-size bed, which was accepted. Unfortunately, I received two joined beds, and when I asked to change rooms, the usual response was that the hotel was full. Needs an upgrade on both the facilities and staff. The room was worn down and with a bare minimum of what you need, no atmosphere. The bathroom was clean and in good condition but also here it was nothing more than the absolute bare minimum.
