  I stayed at this hotel on the date of 26.02 and I paid for a night 210 euros, which I find exaggerated. very smelly room, a lot of dust in the room, my 8 year old child being allergic could not sleep. has 4 stars and is worth only 2. I do not recommend

  Modern, comfortable hotel located very handily (almost to handy) to the Parndorf outlet malls. Staff were friendly and helpful

  Something this year went worng!!!

  We use this hotel one per year and we usually had a good stay.This year something went wrong.We arrive later than 3PM; the room was available for receptionist but was not ready inside;no water bottle, no tea or coffee for a good coffee after long trip and moreover the room was not cleaned as usually we found.So, we understand, could be high season, but if the room couldn't be ready do not give us the availability, juts because it must be!!!! We ask the possibility to have a coffee at the lounge but the receptionist said: in few minutes You will have the service in the room. We decide to do not wait; We went out for shopping and come back at 7pm coffe and tea were not ready yet.Not a four stars service

  we are a guest . the reception staff does not have a friendly attitude - especially the lady. I asked specifically to use the sharger. first they said that they have to book, after they afirmed that the cars are staying for the whole night. I told them that they are keeping the charger occupied so nobody will use them .Both of them did not argue and started talking hungarian like nobody was there. because of them the experience it is not recommended Jörg Prügger, Geschäftsführer at Pannonia Tower Hotel Parndorf, responded to this review Dear Iuliu, We are sorry to hear that your experience did not meet your expectations.On the day of your visit, one of our two EV charging stations was unfortunately out of service due to a technical issue. The other was already in use by a guest who had parked for the night. As we explained, we are not in a position to disconnect a guest’s vehicle or also cannot guarantee when it will be unplugged.We regret that this situation caused frustration. Our reception team did their best to explain the circumstances calmly and professionally. It is disappointing to hear this was not recognized, especially as our staff is regularly praised by other guests for their helpfulness.Additionally, there are several public charging stations just 50–100 meters away at the Outlet Center. With an electric vehicle, this short walking distance is typically manageable, and we believe it could have been a practical alternative rather than directing blame toward our staff.Regards, Pannonia Tower Hotel**** Team

  Bed sheets were not changed, water was only for 1st day. Staff not understanding English at all, asked for empty glasses for red wine then received red wine and waiter ask me to pay, i said no i did ask for empty glass, i wanted wine opener, they didn't have??? Serving random drinks but can't open wine 😡 crazy, Jörg Prügger, Geschäftsführer at Pannonia Tower Hotel Parndorf, responded to this review Dear Guest, Thank you for your review. We are sorry to hear that your experience did not meet your expectations.Regarding the wine opener, we would like to clarify that you had asked at our bar to take one upstairs to your room. While we always try to assist our guests, we have unfortunately experienced in the past that wine openers are often not returned when taken to the rooms. For this reason, our service team kindly asks guests to enjoy such assistance directly at the bar, where we are happy to open any bottle upon request.Furthermore, our current wine selection mostly includes bottles with screw caps, which do not require an opener. We also noted that the wine in question was brought in from outside the hotel, which limits how much our team can assist with serving it.Concerning the bottled water: we provide one complimentary bottle of mineral water upon arrival as a welcome gift. This is not automatically replenished on following days unless specifically requested.We regret that these matters impacted your impression of our hotel. However, we believe that this situation does not fully reflect the level of service and hospitality we aim to offer.
