    I am just back from a two-month road trip across Europe.I started by spending a full month at my favorite hotel, as I've mentioned in other reviews; I feel like it's my second home.As usual, I had a wonderful stay, and I can't thank enough the hotel manager, Mr. Rui Gamelas, for his precious help and hospitality.He meticulously organizes every details of my stay before my arrival and, the most importantly thing is that he ensures that everything runs smoothly during my stay. I won't go into detail again about how comfortable this modern hotel is, especially the amazing spa with a delightful indoor heated pool and heated outdoor pool.The mountain views are breathtaking, particularly from the breakfast room.Breakfast isn't just enjoyable because of the mountain views; the quality and variety of each item are exceptional. Everything is truly top-notch, with an incredible selection. I'd like to take this opportunity to thank the Breakfast Manager, Mandy, who is a very professional and extremely kind lady. She ensures that her buffet is always well stocked and beautifully presented.She's very creative and innovative; practically every day she adds something new to the buffet, and I can tell you that I stayed for a month and I never founded the buffet boringit was always an adventure.Her team, both at the service and in the kitchen, is exceptional.Thank you to Sibyle the breakfast kitchen manager for special treats and making our breakfast memorableSuch a lovely team who are working with passion.Every evening, we dined in the restaurant and had the pleasure of receiving excellent service from Restaurant Manager Jenny and Amine, both are very professional and always attentive to their guests.Thank you to Chef Markus, who was preparing special dishes for us because we were staying for a long period.It's always a pleasure to be welcomed by the reception staff, who all do an excellent joa young and dynamic team. I would like to thank the housekeeping team for their excellent work cleaning my room and maintaining the overall cleanliness of the entire hotel.I wholeheartedly recommend this wonderful hotel if you are staying in Dornbirn.

    Very friendly, comfy, clean

    I booked the hotel because I prefer hotel chains, have Marriott Platinum Elite, and there are not many options available there. There is not much to do in Dornbirn and the hotel is not in the "city center". I would only recommend the hotel if you travel by car.Anyway, everyone was very friendly at the front desk. There was absolutely nothing to complain about. The room was fine, food was fine, the room was clean and comfy. The view was also beautiful. Some of the guests behaved badly in the breakfast area. This is not the fault of the hotel and, unfortunately, you find such guests everywhere, in cheaper hotels and in luxury hotels as well. I would book it again.

    It is always a pleasure to return to this wonderful hotel, which has truly become my second home. I have been coming here for several years now, sometimes even for long stays. This time, I stayed with my two sisters just before the holiday season.The welcome is always extremely warm—it truly feels like coming back to another family.I would like to take this opportunity to thank the Hotel Director, Mr. Rui Galmas, who is always attentive and kind. Together with the Operations Manager, Mr. Prochor, they always organize our stay in advance, paying attention to every detail to ensure that we once again enjoy a truly memorable stay.I would also like to sincerely thank the reception team for their fantastic welcome:The front desk manager Mr. Hossein, and his associates Rojin,Zarah,Maria,Ellein,and Zumra.Dining at the restaurant is always a pleasure as well. Every evening, we enjoyed delicious dishes prepared by Chef Markus and his assistant Javier. We truly appreciate the quality of the food and the excellent service provided by a fantastic team led by their manager, Jenny, and her wonderful team Amine,Amber,and Tanya.I would especially like to highlight the exceptional quality of the breakfast, which is, in my opinion, one of the best breakfasts in the world. Everything is extremely fresh and of very high quality, with a wide and carefully selected variety of products, all beautifully presented. Mandy, the breakfast Manager, ensures that only the best quality is offered and that the buffet is always perfectly refilled and well presented. She manages her team with such a great professionalism.I would also like to thank the breakfast team:Nick,Jaz,Sophia,Sybille,Michael,and Eslem.The comfort of the rooms is outstanding, with excellent bedding, and the housekeeping staff do an exceptional job. The swimming pool and spa are also excellent and always impeccably clean. I would like to thank the spa team for their kindness and professionalism:Vida,Zlatko,and Petra.Without any doubt, this is the best hotel in the region, especially for the magnificent swimming heated pool, sauna, and outstanding spa facilities.We are already looking forward to returning in February.

    Great stay, location, amenities and parking. Overall very satisfied with our stay - the spa is amazing. My only complaint is that the phone in the room nor the WiFi worked. The front desk was not helpful as they told me - “we will notate it”. Other than that - would recommend.
