    Quoted "stay 3 nights, pay for 2 nights" but charged 3 nights. Follow up response from hotel was just corporate BS. Very disappointing and now a lost customer spreading the word

    Handy to domestic airport. Free shuttle service but also easy walking distance to airport. Particularly like stay as nd park package when going away for a week or 2.

    Clean, well-appointed rooms at a good price. The breakfast buffet is excellent. Easy transport to and from the airport, ten minutes walking to the metro and just two stops to Central.

    We have stayed at this hotel previously, so when I wanted to visit Sydney again, the choice was easy. Room was clean and spacious. The bed was very comfortable. Reception staff were very friendly.
