    I’ve not stayed here before but as Black member I was upgraded to a 2 bedroom corner suite, which was nice. However that’s sort of where the goodness ended. There has been, or is an upgrade process...

    Excellent location just outside the city centre, but with a metro outside meaning you can be at iconic landmarks like the Opera House within 10 minutes. Friendly front of house. Very accommodating...

    People from reception are very friendly and helpful. They went beyond and above to sort out my parking issue I had with hotels underground parking. Great housekeeping and clean room.
