    Always disconcerting when there’s no one at the front desk .. we waited (4 different groups) for 25 mins before a young guy appeared..no way of contacting him at all

    All round very ordinary, dirty, noisy, low quality service, low quality amenities poor location. Deceiving name etc. Not convenient or well located.
