I stay in hotels extensively, and have done so for 25 years. In this time, I have never been incorrectly charged until my stay here. The location is ideal, with magnificent views from the Level 9 bar and a welcoming, calm atmosphere throughout the hotel. The buffet breakfast was outstanding. Our room was very comfortable, with a large TV and a great selection of complimentary movies. What really stood out was the team. Crystalbrook Kingsley has become our go-to hotel in Newcastle. It's right in the heart of the city, with an outlook over the harbour on one side and a nice park on the other. As always, all of the staff that we came in contact with were excellent, very friendly and very helpful. Only stayed one night, hotel has a good vibe and helpful check in staff. Comfortable bed and fluffy towels. I had a lovely stay. I'm in hotels 120 nights of the year & this was an absolute delight.The room was 204 & was just great. The mini bar was reasonably priced & everything in the room had that nice little touch of luxury from the linen to the soap.The restaurant on the roof was lovely with brilliant food & service.I booked the valet parking before arrival.I would definitely stay he… I had a lovely stay.
