Location

Covering 18 hectares, the island lies on the Tropic of Capricorn (23 degrees south of the equator), 72 km north-east off the coast of Gladstone, central Queensland. It is 534 km north of Brisbane and 1,183 km south of Cairns. Heron Island operates 1 hour ahead of Australian Eastern Standard Time (AEST) all year round. Gladstone Airport is approximately 72 km from the resort.

Facility

109 rooms await guests at this hotel, which includes a reception desk. Amenities include a baggage storage service, safe, currency exchange service and cash machine.
