Jay welcomed us in a most friendly and helpful manner. He sympathised with our unannounced arrival dues to circumstance beyond our control and had us quickly installed in a good apartment.The facility was well looked after, even if showing some signs of age.Jay welcomed us in a most friendly and helpful manner. Not great. Doesn’t look anything like the photos. The pool was green and the room was filthy and lots of very dodgy characters hanging around. Would not recommend….!Not great. The worst experience I have ever had at a hotel. Family room in hotel backed onto a major main road with constant loud traffic (e.g. cattle trucks), air con was an old in-window loud compressor type that kicked in every 30 minutes, no hot water, wifi useless, television could not show standard definition channels and no chance on high definition, very difficult to enter through back lane and parki… The worst experience I have ever had at a hotel. Family room in hotel backed onto a major main road with constant loud traffic (e.g. cattle trucks), air con was an old in-window loud compressor type that kicked in every 30 minutes, no hot water, wifi useless,…
