Hotel is great, staff are mostly welcoming but there is one or two that could really do with a holiday or a joke because a smile was never seen by me. Rooms are spacious and include everything you need (unless you need a dishwasher). Great experience

Okay but not great!!
Location great but quality of hotel poor. We were on the fifth floor with a view of the bridge. Our tv didn't work so they fixed it the next day. Then because of the bad wifi quality it just kept disconnecting from the net! The walls are not very well around proofed - you can hear the neighbours. Unit was a nice size but decor very dated.
