This hotel is located 200 m from Southbank Beach (man-made beach) and 300 m from the weekend arts and crafts market, in the heart of Brisbane's arts and entertainment precinct and immediately adjacent to the Brisbane Convention and Exhibition Centre. It is the closest hotel to the Queensland Performing Arts Centre, with the Queensland Museum 600 m away, the Treasury Casino 1 km and the Suncorp Stadium 2 km.
