    Hotel under refurb but not communicated. Zero nice public areas to grab a drink or snack. Concerns dismissed. Room not cleaned. Breakfast poor. Avoid.

    Ok, as expected for price point. Unfortunately I was in a room that was poorly wound proofed so could hear water running along pipes at all hours.
