I really enjoyed this hotel, I was very ill the first day and had to excuse myself from the restaurant shortly after ordering and they were very understanding and it wasn't an issue and I wasn't charged. They also noticed it was my birthday as I was checking in and then on the day of my birthday they brough me a slice of delicious red velvet cake with my complimentary breakfast. It’s only our first day but so far the experience has been impeccable! From the very start the staff at reception was very friendly and welcoming, trying their best to help us on a situation that wasn’t their fault at all.
