  I don't recommend this hotel. It was very run down and the room did not smell very clean. Pillows were dirty. TV only had Spanish channels. Reception service is 24 hours. Parking lot directly in front of entrance although there is plenty of free parking on the street. It is on a hill. Safety box inside room. Shower spigot was awful.I don't recommend this hotel.   Rooms smell like sewers

  I stayed at this hotel for about a week with my family. Our room and bathroom had open drains from which strong sewer smells emanated. We complained multiple times and nothing was done. Beds were uncomfortable and bathrooms were old and mouldy. Breakfast was mediocre at best, although standard for Ushuaia overall.I stayed at this hotel for about a week with my family.   I stayed here as part of a group trekking Patagonia in December 2019. I have been travelling further and thus my late review for this very special little hotel. I work in the business in London and stayed in a number of different hotels of varying ratings over 6 weeks of travel.I will never hesitate to give credit where it is due.   Good friendly service, nice rooms, but an energetic uphill walk

  We stayed only 1 night after an Antarctic trip. Our room was made available very early in the morning, and was cosy. It only had a garden view, but there was a viewing deck elsewhere.
